Youth Professional development (ypD)
We are honored to partner with Youth Professional Development, Inc. (YPD) is a 501C(3) non-profit organization that provides intervention and prevention services for teenagers. YPD is a transformative organization serving teens in Prince George’s County, Maryland for over 30 years, and has provided services to more than 5,000 teens in Prince Georges County, Maryland. YPD’s mission to prepare youth for self-sufficiency and productive citizenship resonates deeply with our Kingdom mandate to equip the next generation with purpose, dignity, and divine direction.
Through intervention and prevention services, YPD empowers adolescents with educational access, job training, financial literacy, and professional development. Their 9-week Paid Internship Program and Job Development initiatives provide hands-on experience and mentorship that change trajectories—not just for individuals, but for entire communities.
